Our Code of Ethics

We will perform our services and give advice at the highest level of ethical standards, period. These standards include:

  1. Straight forward service contracts that clearly outline our responsibilities, including service guarantees.
  2. Taking 100% responsibility — including fiduciary responsibility where applicable.
  3. Disclosure of all revenue to our clients the shunning of all soft-dollars or marketing kick-backs.
  4. Telling the truth in every situation. Also we will never misrepresent our services and abilities.

We will treat our team members, clients, friends of the firm, and vendors in a manner in which we want to be treated ourselves — honestly with full disclosure and proactive open communications.

We will use person-to-person discussions when discussing any negative or time-sensitive issues, and will not send these types of messages via email or voice-mail.

Confidential information will remain confidential. We will report any unlawful practices to the appropriate authorities.

We will openly discuss any situations with the appropriate parties which our firm, industry, and/or community would deem unethical. We will not work with any firms, vendors, or advisors who engage in unethical practices.
